MONTHLY METER READING
Our community's water meters are read each month using drive by technology.
It is the customer’s responsibility to protect the water meter from damage. Any damage caused to the water meter, smart point, cable, and/or lid, will be replaced by ECVWS. THE REPAIR COST OF NEEDED REPLACEMENT PARTS IS BILLED DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT.
We DO NOT HAVE REAL TIME LEAK DETECTION with our drive-by system. Please check your bill each month for the billed usage.

Due Dates & Past Due Notices
| Water bills are mailed on the first business day each month and due by the 15th. A 5% late fee applies to unpaid balances after the 15th. If two months remain unpaid, a cut-off notice is mailed. To avoid disconnection, pay by the 15th or the date on the cut-off notice. | |

Past due balance must be
PAID IN FULL by date requested on noticed mailed.
NO EXCEPTIONS. This will be enforced.
If past due balance is not paid by requested date, service will be terminated without additional notice.
If service is terminated for non-payment:
Payments to get reconnected must be received by 3:00 p.m. for same day reconnection.
Reconnection Fee is $50.00.
